with ''the bath'' Larissa explores the ambiguous relation people have to femininity in identifying as a woman. Fascinated by spaces in between reality and fiction, one’s own idea of the self and that of others, these grey zones are distinctly feminine, with the feminine itself as a state of metamorphosis, the intentions of femininity’s soft and friendly veneer becoming increasingly suspicious. The feminine becomes a subject and radical tool to scrutinise societal norms and values and re-evaluate the power of that which is deemed feminine
